Your client portal looks very similar to the coaches portal.  Clients have access to:

  • Calendar
  • Client File (Coaching Journal, Visions and Goals, Important Documents, Account Settings)
  • Online Courses
  • MCO Drive
  • Workflows (Sign documents)
  • Group Email

It's important to note that when your client enters the classroom or library - they will only see what you have given then access to.  If you have nothing in these areas, they can still enter, however they will not have anything to view.  We suggest that all coaches create a "Welcome Course" that features a 4-4 minute audio or video welcome from their coach.  You should attach any forms you would like new clients to complete to this lesson as well as placing them in the library for quick and easy access.

  • What sections are visible to my clients in their portal?

  • What should I include in a Welcome Course for new clients?

    Create a Welcome Course that features a 4-4 minute audio or video welcome from the coach. Include and attach any forms you want new clients to complete and place those forms in the library for easy access.
