Does MCO store all of my emails to my clients?

Click here to edit the description

You cannot send individual client emails directly from the system. The email links within the system are shortcuts that open your device’s email client, allowing you to send from your preferred address.

The system’s mass email feature lets you compose and send messages to groups of clients or to all clients at once. These emails are typically newsletters or important updates for your groups or practice (such as new services). Mass emails are saved to your account after sending, and you can also save drafts until you’re ready to send.
