You can add your availability into the calendar so your clients can request a meeting.

Navigate to "Scheduling & Calendar" > "Calendar"

Click on "My Availability"

Add the times that you are available each day by clicking on "New Spot"

Please note:  You can only log time that you are consistently available for each day.  For instance if you put in you are available for Monday from 8am - 12noon, you must be available every Monday at that time. You can reflect any one time changes to your availability by clicking on the "Exceptions" tab and adding the exception.

  • How do I let clients request meetings with me?

    Add your availability into the calendar so your clients can request a meeting. Navigate to "Scheduling & Calendar" > "Calendar", click on "My Availability", and add the times you are available each day by clicking on "New Spot".

  • Can I enter different availability each week or make one-off changes?

    You can only log time that you are consistently available for each day (for example, available every Monday from 8am–12noon). To reflect any one-time or irregular changes to your availability, use the "Exceptions" tab and add the exception.

  • What does "New Spot" do and where should I use it?

    In the "My Availability" area, click "New Spot" to add the specific times you are available on a given day. These spots represent recurring, consistent availability for that day of the week.

  • Where do I add an exception for a single date or one-time change?

    Open the "Exceptions" tab (within the Scheduling & Calendar > Calendar area) and add the exception to reflect any one-time changes to your regular availability.
