After the trial period, if you decide to sign up for My Coach Office, our refund policy is as follows: Monthly-to-month Members – May cancel anytime; no refunds will be issued. You will have access to the system for 30 days from your last payment. Annual Members – May cancel anytime; you will be refunded for any full months remaining. You will have access to the system for 30 days from your last payment.
