In MCO, you’ll see a mail icon that lets you send an email to your clients. This icon opens your device’s default email client. We do not send or store individual emails within MCO. The system can also send automatic emails for tasks such as welcoming clients, providing meeting reminders, and prompting them to complete the journal. Additionally, there is a mass email feature that lets you send emails to groups, which can also be used for newsletters.
