Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I schedule an invoice to be sent at a later date?

    When creating the invoice, choose a date under 'Send Invoice on' (this step is optional). After previewing (which saves a draft), click 'Send Later' to send the invoice on the scheduled date. To send immediately, click 'Send invoice'.

  • How do I select and edit the recipient information?

    Search for the recipient in 'Send To'. On the right side you can enter additional information for the recipient. If you already have information stored in the client profile, those fields will be pre-filled and can be adjusted if needed.

  • Why don't I see some products when I click 'Add product'?

    After selecting the invoice currency in 'Select invoice currency', 'Add product' shows only products configured with that selected currency. Each product uses a single currency, and you can create or manage products in Settings > My Products.

  • Can I enter a custom product or price, and what information is required?

    Yes. When clicking 'Add Product' you can select a 'Custom value'. For custom entries you need to fill in the 'Description', 'Price (excl. tax)', and optionally the 'Tax category'.

  • What does the 'Preview' button do?

    Clicking 'Preview' displays a preview of the invoice and saves it as a draft. From there you can choose 'Send invoice' to send immediately or 'Send Later' if you've set a scheduled send date.
